Amelia By The Bay is a 5 Bedroom / 5 bath home with the addition of our 2nd floor. The second floor adds two more-bedroom suites, a kitchenette, gaming / dining table, and two more twin day beds! This will allow more family member to enjoy all the amenities at Amelia By The Bay. We can now sleep 13 in beds comfortably! We will have one of the largest bay properties on Cape San Blas with all the amenities families are looking for.

A great all around Cape experience: Beach, Bay, Dock,  Kayaks, Paddle Boards. Amelia By the Bay is more than just a house - It is a large, private property with 500' dock (dock shared with two other homes), private heated pool(Pool heat is for an additional fee and is seasonal), screen house, and 5 bedroom / 5 bath home located at the desirable north end of the Cape. Great for families with children from toddlers through teens. Parent: stop stressing on the gulf side with your small children and experience the calm, shallow waters of  St. Josephs Bay. Bring your boat - 500 foot dock with fish cleaning sink and crab trap at dock. Loads of room for parking! We have added a 6 person Hot Tub and seating for 6 for outdoor meals! The new pool area is complete and our home has been updated completely!

-We have crabs traps for our guests use as well as Kayaks and Paddle boards (stored near the dock).

-Deck- Front deck facing the Gulf of Mexico is open. Deck facing the bay has a screened area with table and chairs along with an open area.

3rd Floor

-Queen Bedroom with en-suite bath - Shower.

-King Bedroom with en-suite bath - Shower.

-Second set of Washer/Dryers to keep of with laundry load.

-Gaming Table for those family game nights- Felt card surface for game and reverse for dining. Remove completely to reveal a Craps table!

-Gaming table area also serviced with a Kitchenette: Another Refrigerator, sink, K-cup coffee and Micro wave.

-The room also offers additional twin day beds(2) for guests.
