-Pool side shower and bath to accommodate your while hanging out by the pool and hot tub.

-Gas fire pit to warm up on the chilly off-season evenings.

1st Floor:

-Covered parking for 3 cars and loads of parking space for more. Plenty room to park your boat/ trailer as well.

-Outdoor bath near pool

-Private pool - 14.5' x 28'  (can be heater in cooler months for a fee)

-6 person hot tub.

-Storage area for chairs, beach toys and a refrigerator for additional drinks and food storage.

-We have crabs traps for our guests use as well as Kayaks and Paddle boards (stored near the dock).

2nd Floor

-Open Great Room, Dining and Kitchen

-Master with King Bed with En-suite- Large soaker tub / shower.

-Hall King Bedroom- Shares hall bath Tub/shower with Bunk room

-Bunk room - Twin over Standard Bed - Shares Hall Tub/shower bath.

-Deck- Front deck facing the Gulf of Mexico is open. Deck facing the bay has a screened area with table and chairs along with an open area.

3rd Floor

-Queen Bedroom with en-suite bath - Shower.

-King Bedroom with en-suite bath - Shower.

-Second set of Washer/Dryers to keep of with laundry load.

-Gaming Table for those family game nights- Felt card surface for game and reverse for dining. Remove completely to reveal a Craps table!

-Gaming table area also serviced with a Kitchenette: Another Refrigerator, sink, K-cup coffee and Micro wave.

-The room also offers additional twin day beds(2) for guests.
