Rates subject to change. Please read the information sent to you prior to your stay on expectations on care for Kayaks, paddle boards, our home, linen and dishes. Pool heat is an additional fee of $225 per week and is a seasonal option. Please make arrangements for pool heat prior to your arrival. Our home is pet friendly, but we do charge a pet fee per pet of $100 plus tax. Please respect our home and bring only well-mannered pets and keep them off the furnishings.

Vacation House
Our family loved Amelia by the Bay! Conveniently located on the bay and just across the street from the gulf. Our family spent countless time in the pool and hot tub when not fishing, kayaking, or enjoying the ocean waves.

Favorite house on the Cape!!!
We had another great stay at Amelia! It is our favorite house on the Cape! It has everything we need, pool, hot tub, stocked kitchen, access to the bay, short bike ride to the beach, floats and chairs, comfy beds and nice bathrooms. We just LOVE coming here! Close enough to bike to the state park. Beautiful sunrise view of the bay on the porch. Campfire by the bay was beautiful and the bioluminecense was so fun to see. We couldn't imagine renting anywhere else! Thank you for hosting us again!

Every amenity you could wish for
This is our second time at Amelia By The Bay. This house is so conveniently located between the Gulf and the bay. A close walk to the Tradin Post. Very roomy, comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen. House has a very nice layout allowing for privacy. Pool and hot tub are fantastic. The outdoor area that is covered near the pool has a wonderful large TV and surround sound. Added outdoor full bathroom is a huge bonus. And that grill/smoker!! We grilled out 12 of the 14 nights. Will definitely stay at Amelia again.

We had a great vacation staying at Amelia By the Bay!! It was a awesome house and met all our needs. The house was the best stocked house we have ever stayed in! The owners Steve and Susan were great!! They were quick to respond to any of our questions! I can not brag enough on the house and owners! We will defiantly be staying again!!!!

We have been visiting the cape since 2017, and this house fit our family the best. This home has everything you could need. It was spotless when we arrived and communication with the owners beforehand was excellent. I cannot say enough good things about this trip! Thank you for opening your home to us!!

Great Stay!
A wonderful house for a group with multiple families! The house was super clean and had paper products to get us started for the week. We loved the outdoor area and spent a lot of time by the pool. It was VERY windy during our stay so we didn't get much fishing and use of the dock/bay as we wanted, but it nice to have the option. We did have some hiccups at the beginning, but the owner was quick to respond and correct some minor issues. The walk to the beach is a walk. I'd say that is the only negative on the house.

Was a great house, was very clean and had everything you could want. Had a great time there and would definitely recommend highly. We would definitely stay there again!!!
Best Rental Ever!
This house has EVERYTHING we wanted and the owners are the best, so kind! The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds comfy, all the bathrooms are so nice. We love the layout of the home. There was everything we needed for outdoor adventures, beach chairs, kayaks and SUP boards, etc. The pool and hot tub are so nice and really clean. We really enjoyed our vacation thanks to this home. The owners are the best, very responsive and they really have thought of everything their renters may want in one location. Close to bay and beach access. It was nice to eat meals on the screened in porch. We wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. We are so grateful for Amelia By the Bay. Thank you for hosting us!

We have fallen in love with the Cape San Blas and St. Joe Bay area over the last several years. We are excited to share our home with guests.
