Rates subject to change. Please read the information sent to you prior to your stay on expectations on care for Kayaks, paddle boards, our home, linen and dishes. Pool heat is an additional fee of $225 per week and is a seasonal option. Please make arrangements for pool heat prior to your arrival. Our home is pet friendly, but we do charge a pet fee per pet of $100 plus tax. Please respect our home and bring only well-mannered pets and keep them off the furnishings.

Belle by the bay is by far the best vacation rental I’ve stayed in. The owners thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. The communication with the owners was easy. Highly recommend renting this home. We will be back.

Best home we’ve ever stayed in!
This home has it all! Beautiful and well appointed. Every little detail seems to already be thought of! Fridges on every level, pool and hot tub that actually stay to temp, plenty of starters (paper towel, toilet paper, bags, fully stocked coffee bar), very comfortable beds, I could go on and on. This place truly has it all. Wonderful owners with fast response time. Without a doubt will/would book again!

This was our 5th time to the Cape and Belle of the Bay by far exceeded our expectations! Beautiful home, that did not skimp on any details. Large home that had everything we needed. Outdoor space was just as wonderful! Thanks for the great stay!

Wonderful time great locaton ruined by the tyranical FWC.
So glad you at least made the best of it! It's the first time I've ever had the FWC shut down Scallop Season, but hopefully for good reason. Take care and we hope to host again!

Convenient DOCK
The Belle on the Bay had so many extras that our family enjoyed. We went for the first week of scalloping season and it couldn’t have been better. Being able to have our boat at the dock was so convenient. We hardly left the property for anything except to run up to the trading post for groceries occasionally. We used the pool to cool off every day and relaxed in the hot tub in the evenings. Every appliance and gadget we needed to make our favorite seafood dishes was found in the kitchen. Loved the layout of the house for our large group. It was a great week spent making memories and we would definitely book again!

This home has everything you need for the perfect vacation! We came on a not-so-great weather week with our adult children as well as ages 13-17. Despite the weather, it was everyone's favorite stay and we've been coming to the Cape for 16+ years! We love the bay, so it's perfect for our family! The pool, hot tub, and all of the paddle boards and kayaks were such great extras to keep everyone busy! The house has everything you need and more! I always bring extra towels, tissue, papertowels, laundry detergent, trashbags, etc, but didn't need ANY of it! Steve has made every effort to make this house the best! He is so easy to work with and get in touch with for any questions or problems. We hope to come back "home" to the Belle next year!

We really enjoyed our stay at Belle on the Bay! Everything was so clean when we arrived. The view was amazing overlooking the bay side. We enjoyed the screened in porch upstairs watching the sunrise each morning. The pool and hot tub were so nice and convenient. The guys did a lot of fishing so having the dock and extra space to park was a huge plus. The elevator was also nice to bring things to the third floor. We would love to return again!

What an amazing home on the Bay! We had such an amazing time with our family last week. Highly recommend this home if you are visiting and need a ton of room with so many amenities! Can’t wait to come back.
Loved this place!
Great space, large enough for our whole extended family. The pool was awesome and the outside TV was an asset to entertaining kids while we enjoyed the outdoors. Very nice pier and location is awesome.
