-Our Home is Spacious with a well-equipped kitchen, Wine / Coffee Bar, and comfortable furnishings

-We have a large table with seating for 10 and our themed Octopus Chandelier.

-Two large decks for enjoying the views of the bay! Second level deck has the swing bed and Adirondack chairs and side tables. Third level deck is screened in and has a dining table and chairs.

-private pool - 14.5' x 28' - larger than most beach home pools.

-Larger 6/7 person hot tub for relaxing by the pool.

-65" outdoor television for enjoying the game while relaxing, in the hot tub or in the pool.

-Amplifier and outdoor speakers for TV viewing, playing Panadora or Bluetooth your music!

-EV Charger - If you have an EV car, we have your covered. Tesla - UNIVERSAL COMPATIBILITY: Seamlessly
transitions between NACS and J1772 connectors, accommodating all major
North American EVs including Tesla Vehicles

-Traeger Grill- We supply the fuel pellets as well. Enjoy your favorite Grill recipes.

2nd Floor:

-Bunk-room with Twin XL over Full XL (2 sets - 4 beds) bath is a tub/ shower Combo.

-Laundry Room with Washer, Dryer, and folding surface. This room also has an additional Dorm size Fridge for guests on this level.

-King room with en-suite bath with large shower.

-King room with en-suite with shower.

-Both King bedrooms has access to the deck.

-Deck includes Adirondack style chairs and side tables.

-Deck has a large swing bed to enjoy!

3rd Floor:

-Great Room with Living , Dining and Kitchen.

-Wet bar with wine/beverage cooler and coffee bar. Also includes a Malt Maker!

-Deck area is screened in on this level. Deck has a dining set with 4 chairs.

-King Bed room - adjoining bath is a tub/shower combo. Bath is also accessible when in other areas of the 3 floor.

-You will quickly notice our Octopus theme for Belle On The Bay! Features: Tentacle lighting to guide you up the stairs, one of a kind Octopus Chandelier over the dining table and an Octopus inspired surf board over the kitchen island!

This Home accommodates: 12 guests

Pets are welcome: We just ask that you keep them off the furnishings/ beds and do not leave them unattended. A pet fee is charged and a limit of 2 pets, unless prior approval.

Pool Heat: Florida generally has moderate temperatures in the winter, but our pool heater is an Heat Pump. Once ambient temperatures get below 50 degrees Fahrenheit,  the heat pump will run continuously but efficiency to heat will be drastically reduced.

** The Elevator is a residential grade and may occasionally experience disruptions. Our staff will do all we can to repair any issues and regain elevator functionality. However, if an elevator repair tech / company is required for the repair, repair times can become extended several days due to our remote location. If you have someone in your party with mobility issues, please plan accordingly as this amenity cannot be guaranteed.
